The 4th International Conference of Engineering Sciences: Energy, Environment, and Climate Change
Under the Patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, the College of Engineering at Al-Nahrain University announces its 4th International Conference on Engineering Sciences (ICES 2024) in cooperation with the University of Birmingham/UK and Universities of Ashur and Israa, to be held on the 15th to 16th of May 2024.
On this occasion, Al-Nahrain University/College of Engineering invites researchers to participate in their scientific research at our conference. This international event adopts the slogan
”Towards a Green and Sustainable Environment… A Journey towards a Bright Future.”
This conference will be an opportunity for the scientific community, including researchers, academics, and postgraduate students, to participate with peer-reviewed scientific research. The conference will address the global challenges through the following five main themes:
1- Renewable Energy
2- Petroleum and Gas Energy
3- Water Resources and Dams
4- Recycling and Sustainability
5- Environmental Engineering and Climate Changes.
The topics of the conference cover the latest studies and research in environmental engineering and energy, which help in finding solutions to environmental problems (air pollution, water pollution, soil pollution, noise pollution, thermal pollution, radioactive pollution, light pollution, and global warming). The conference will also cover the environmental technology section, which plays an important role in maintaining the achievement of sustainable development goals and promoting renewable energy sources.
